Ahern uses ABS Trial

Joe Ahern and his son Kevin Ahern founded Ahern Seeds in 1981. Today, Ahern Agribusiness, Inc. is based in San Diego, and led by Kevin Ahern as CEO.

Mrs. Gabriela Michel is the Product Development Administrative Manager of Ahern Seeds. When interviewed for this ABS Newsletter, Gabriela explained, “Ahern Seeds’ main products are vegetable seed genetics like, tomatoes, peppers, squash, cucumbers and more.

New Production Mobile App for ABS Seed

The Production Mobile App can be used to register observations done during field inspections. This includes options like:

• yield estimates;

• registration of weeds, diseases and off-types;

• verify plants against their parent line description;

• taking pictures to add to the inspection;

       and more.

Field Map Application

From ABS Seed v10.60 onwards an application is available to plot fields from ABS directly into Google maps.
